"High Treason" by DiAnn Mills

"High Treason" by Diann Mills is about FBI Special Agent Kord Davidson and CIA operative Monica Alden protecting a Saudi Prince while in the United States.  As with most Christian novels it is a mystery romance.  The base mystery portion which deals with who is trying to kill the Saudi prince is a very good one.   However I am one that is getting really tired of the side romance story.  Why can't we have a good mystery like the base of this one without romance.  Even  with that I really enjoyed the twists and turns on who might be doing the crimes.  The author is very good at making a good mystery and for that reason I highly recommend this book.

Why I Hate Green Beans by Lincee Ray

"Why I Hate Green Beans" by Lincee Ray is a memoir of the authors life of ups and downs.  This was interesting the biggest thing I got from this memoir is that the author loves the show "The Bachelor".  It was interesting to read the viewpoint of someone who also has issues with body image.  However intriguing this memoir I could not always connect with the author at some points I just wanted to hurry up and get thru the book.  But even with I do recommend it as a very good and interesting story on the authors life.

I received a complimentary copy of this book from Revell a division of Baker Publishing Group. Opinions expressed in this review are completely my own.
